We loved how clean the property was. The staff was very attentive and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed the excursion and they had a variety of options you could choose from. Our room was very beautiful and clean. We loved how there was always something to do at night. They have live music and events every single night. The weather was beautiful in July and we didn’t have any complaints about how warm it was in the summer.

We had a better experience at an all-inclusive than we expected. The staff was friendly and accommodating and willing to go out of their way when not even asked to do so. The grounds were not super sprawling, so it was a relatively short walk to the most common areas.

The facilities were clean. The room was clean. The food was good. The breakfast buffet was the best. The hibachi and Brazilian restaurants were good also. Toro, the steak restaurant was not good. The seafood nor meats were seasoned.

The water slides and arcade were great for the kids and they really enjoyed the pools.

we stayed 3 nights overall our stay was very enjoyable. the restaurant food was really delicious, most all inclusive lack food choices and/or flavors. i was really shocked in how delicious the piña colada’s are. the property was clean smelt fresh everyone was so helpful. truly did enjoy my time here

The hotel is amazing, gym, restaurants, I loved the coffe place, views are amazing and sunset in the beach of the hotel is stunning.
